I know this may be completely random and possibly the wrong place to ask, but I'm almost entirely illiterate in the Audio world and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or where in the equation of a > b > c > d that this delay is occurring. Audio Repeater can be used with VAC to transport audio data from a real sound card to a Virtual Cable, monitor a signal going through a Virtual Cable with a real sound card. There is an icon in Teamspeak that lights up when your voice transmission is active, and I can visibly see the delay. Audio Repeater is a simple application that transfers a real-time audio stream from any Wave In MME recording port to any Wave Out playback port.
It isn't cutting off the beginning or end of a sentence when I speak, but my transmission doesn't actually begin until about a second after I begin speaking. Teamspeak seems to have a ~1 second delay. All Audio Repeater instances should have 200ms latency and 16 buffers (try 100ms latency first, but if you notice skipping go up). I currently have everything set as Yeti Input > Audition > Output to Line 1 > Line 1 Input to Teamspeak. this version adds a noticeable (dozens or even hundreds of milliseconds) latency.

Download and Install VB-CABLE Driver Now VBCABLEDriverPack43. All audio coming in the CABLE input is simply forwarded to the CABLE output. The enhanced audio through Audition sounds fantastic. VAC: When a Virtual Audio Cable (VAC) is selected the buffer thresholds are increased as latency is not so important. The latest WiFi technology eliminates annoying lag, endless loading. I just picked up a Blue Yeti Pro, and from watching a tutorial on twitch streaming decided to get the Virtual Audio Cable, and wired the mic into Adobe Audition. Delays have developed into one of the most fundamental effects used in audio production and each delay technique has its own unique character to add depth.
